Access

Collabz is currently available by invite, application, or approval only. Access is not guaranteed and may be revoked at any time at our sole discretion.

Eligibility

If you're joining as a creator, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information about your social platforms, audience, and identity.
If you're joining as a brand or agency, you agree to accurately represent your company, your campaigns, and your offers.

We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any user at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

Conduct

• Use the platform in a professional and respectful manner.
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity, content, or intentions.
• Do not scrape, resell, or misuse data or tools available through Collabz.
• Do not post, send, or upload anything harmful, unlawful, or misleading.

This platform is built on trust. Violating that trust may result in your access being removed permanently.

Confidentiality

Everything shared on Collabz — including brand briefs, creator rates, personal contact info, and deal terms — is considered confidential.

You agree not to share, publish, or disclose this information outside of the platform without permission.

Privacy

We care about your privacy. Information you provide is used to help you connect, organize, and collaborate — never sold or shared with third parties without your consent.

No Guarantees

Collabz does not guarantee deals, payments, campaigns, or creator/brand responses. We're not liable for the outcome of individual collaborations.

Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised terms.

Termination

You may stop using Collabz at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion, especially in cases of misuse, fraud, or behavior that harms the community.
